Wilwood Front UTV RACE Big Brake Kit Combo with Gray Ano Calipers and Brake Fluid for 2016-2023 Polaris RZR XP & Pro XP
This ACCESSPEED-WIL-UTV-RZR-XP16R-B is an all-inclusive Front Racing Big Brake Kit with 2 Bottles of Wilwood 570 Brake Fluid!
Accesspeed is excited to offer Wilwood’s racing performance brake kits for the Polaris RZR XP and Pro XP platforms. An entirely new caliper and rotor design have been engineered and manufactured in Wilwood’s US headquarters, using the same technology Wilwood has been employing for decades for race cars, only scaled down appropriately for SXS side-by-side UTVs. Wilwood’s matched front and rear UTV Race brake kits feature dynamically-mounted rotors and upgraded calipers for popular side-by-sides. These Race Brake Kits combine fixed-mount multi-piston calipers for greater clamping force, PolyMatrix E (high-friction) brake pads, and large-diameter floating rotors for more brake torque to improve braking on higher-powered UTVs. Forged aluminum differential-bore UTV4 or UTV6 piston calipers reduce deflection and provide more uniform engagement to increase braking force and improve feel. Durable steel rotors are up to 20% greater in diameter and thicker for less distortion. Dynamically mounted rotors reduce thermal stress and prevent piston knockback from rough terrain.
Wilwood’s stainless steel braided Flexlines are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and are designed to fit each application. These premium grade Flexlines are durable and provide “hard line” pedal feel, while allowing braided line heat dissipation. *Included on specific applications that require it.
Wilwood’s specially formulated Hi-Temp° 570 Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570° F dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp° 570’s low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. Hi-Temp° 570 comes in convenient 12 ounce containers hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications).
The braking performance increase Accesspeed has seen is undeniable!
KIT FEATURES:
- 20% larger dynamically mounted 11.25” x 0.25” steel rotors eliminate knockback and reduce thermal distortion; available from Accesspeed in plain face.
- Rigid, stress-flow net forged aluminum, UTV6 opposed piston calipers with strengthened body reduces deflection and increases clamping efficiency.
- Differential bore caliper pistons increase pad life and maintain proper front/rear bias.
- Calipers offered in Type III Ano Gray hard-anodized coating from Accesspeed.
- Race-spec kits come complete with fade-resistant BP-20 or PolyMatrix E brake pads, banjo bolt and crush washers to connect to factory lines. (Brake lines included where necessary.)
- Fully compatible with factory master cylinder, ABS, and pedals.
- Kits fit most 15” and larger wheels, as well as some 14” wheels.
Notes
*This Brake Kit may require 14-inch or larger wheels and/or wheel spacers. Please refer to the wheel clearance diagram image to verify wheel to caliper clearance.
