When you are heading into extreme terrain, you leave nothing to chance. That is why you have added all the aftermarket upgrades: Lift kits, tall tires, tow hooks and a winch. But there is one problem; The weight of all that extra gear can put a strain on braking performance. The more serious your adventure, the more you need Alcon.  This complete uprated brake solution is designed to perform superbly even in the harshest conditions. From high rocks to desert washes, these extensively tested brake systems will battle through the toughest challenges without sacrificing performance. Plus, each kit has been custom-designed to be compatible with OE master cylinders and fit nicely behind many 17” and larger aftermarket off-road wheels.

This kit features Alcon's industry-leading six-piston calipers, all coated in epoxy acrylic paint over an acid zinc finish, a combination that is proven to offer excellent corrosion protection. Front calipers boast ductile iron housings which provide maximum strength and stiffness, plus high resistance to both impact and fatigue. Finally, all calipers come with advanced wiper seals around each piston. These advanced seals are resistant to the extreme temperatures generated by hard braking, yet also prevent road grime from entering the caliper itself.

Both the rotors and pads included in Alcon's Wrangler kit offer improved stopping power. The rotors are significantly larger than those fitted by Ford itself (347×36mm), and have a larger thermal capacity, meaning you can brake harder for longer without suffering brake fade. The pads included in the kit have been chosen for their increased surface area and long working life which makes them the perfect complement to both the rotors and calipers.

Very much a complete, uprated brake solution for F150 and F150 Raptor owners who value stopping capability above all else, Alcon's kit has been designed to make installation quick and easy. It's both compatible with the OE master cylinder and fits nicely behind many 17-inch and larger aftermarket off-road wheels.
