Lift Shackles and Lowering Shackles
What are lowering shackles?
Rear leaf spring shackles are most often used to “Level” vehicles and eliminate the “stink bug” look. Moderate drops up to 3-inches should not affect your ride.
What are lift shackles?
Lift shackles are used to connect your leaf springs to the frame of your vehicle and allow you to raise your vehicle while allowing the springs to move back and forth during the suspension cycles.
