Your doors close and seal like factory. This Kit is a Direct Bolt On for most vehicles and your doors close and seal like factory. Installation is reversible on most vehicles and your OEM door hinges can still be re-installed if you decide to remove the VDI kit. This kit will require you to trim, epoxy, and paint the front inner edge of the doors. This McLaren ZLR kit requires welding to the hinge after final adjustments are made. We highly recommend professional installation, and we are happy to refer you to our VDI installers closest to you. Some tabs behind the fenders may need slight cutting or grinding, but your OEM door hinges can still be re-installed.
