This ACCESSPEED-WIL-UTV-CAN17-F-R is an all-inclusive Rear Big Brake Kit, with Rear Stainless Brake Lines, and 2 Bottles of Wilwood 570 Brake Fluid!

Accesspeed is excited to offer Wilwood’s premium performance big brake kits to the Can-Am Maverick X3 UTV. An entirely new caliper and rotor design have been engineered and manufactured in Wilwood’s US headquarters, using the same technology Wilwood has been employing for decades for race cars, trucks and military vehicles, only scaled down appropriately for SXS side-by-side UTVs. Fixed-mount UTV4 six piston rear calipers use larger dynamically-mounted steel floating rotors to reduce piston knockback and improve thermal capacity.

Wilwood’s stainless steel braided Flexlines are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and are designed to fit each application.  These premium grade Flexlines are durable and provide “hard line” pedal feel, while allowing braided line heat dissipation. *Included on specific applications that require it.

Wilwood’s specially formulated Hi-Temp° 570 Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570° F dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp° 570’s low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. Hi-Temp° 570 comes in convenient 12 ounce containers hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications).

• Larger, thicker, dynamically mounted 11.25” x 0.25” steel rotors eliminate knockback and reduce thermal distortion; available plain face or drilled from Accesspeed.
• Rigid, stress-flow net forged aluminum, opposed piston calipers with strengthened body reduces deflection and increases clamping efficiency.
• Differential bore caliper pistons provide consistent engagement and increase pad life.
• UTV4 calipers are offered in gloss red and black powder coat finishes from Accesspeed. (22 additional caliper color options available - additional charges apply for custom colors)
• Standard kits come complete with fade-resistant BP-10 brake pads, banjo bolt and crush washers to connect to factory lines.
• Race-spec kits use Type III hard anodized calipers and more aggressive, fade-free PolyMatrix E brake pads.
• Fully compatible with factory master cylinder, ABS, and pedals.
• Kits fit most wheels 15” and larger.
